My cuisine is characterized by the great passion for the taste of the things which I have always researched through the technique of creating and the curiosity of knowing.
After years I think that I can synthetize in this way: grill, oak and fire are the sense of my cousine with the continuous coupling of the best raw materials selected after several experiences.
My real values are preserved and continuously evolved through my cousine.
